Fair Usage Policy

Last updated: February 11, 2026. This policy explains reasonable usage expectations for shared and managed BloxyServices products.

Purpose

  • This Fair Usage Policy ensures reliable performance and stable service for every customer on shared or managed infrastructure.
  • Normal business, studio, and community usage is allowed. Activity that degrades service quality for others is not allowed.

Website Hosting

  • Website hosting is intended for normal portfolio, storefront, documentation, and landing page traffic.
  • Websites must not be used for crypto mining, malware distribution, abusive scraping, or high-volume file distribution outside agreed plans.
  • Sustained CPU, memory, or bandwidth spikes on shared hosting may require optimization, temporary throttling, or plan upgrades.

Discord Bot Hosting

  • Bot hosting supports standard moderation, utility, logging, and community automation workloads.
  • Bots that create excessive API spam, abusive automation, unauthorized self-bot behavior, or repeated crash loops may be restricted.
  • Large bots with high event throughput may require resource upgrades or dedicated hosting to maintain platform stability.

Managed Databases

  • Databases are for application data, Roblox-connected systems, analytics, and operational records tied to your services.
  • Excessive long-running queries, unbounded scans, high read/write throughput, or misuse as bulk object/file storage may be limited.
  • If workloads exceed reasonable fair usage on the subscribed tier, we may recommend indexing, query tuning, or a larger plan.

Email and Messaging Services

  • Email hosting must follow anti-spam and anti-abuse standards. Mass unsolicited campaigns are prohibited. Mailing lists and bulk email requires compliance with CAN-SPAM and other relevant laws.
  • Sending behavior that harms sender reputation or mail deliverability for other tenants may be suspended.

Enforcement and Upgrades

  • When we detect unusual load or abuse patterns, we will try to contact you first with remediation guidance when feasible.
  • We may apply temporary limits, require workload optimization, request an upgrade, or suspend abusive workloads to protect service integrity.
  • Repeated policy violations may result in account restrictions or termination under the Terms of Use.

Policy Updates

  • This policy may be updated to reflect product changes, security requirements, and operational standards.
  • Continued use of BloxyServices after updates means you accept the revised policy.
